Just Us Labs is aimed at addressing inequality and the lack of developmental avenues for young Hip Hop artists.

Regional focus groups determine the needs and priorities of artists in different areas of the country. These focus groups inform a region-specific artistic development residency delivered in different locations for emerging Hip Hop makers aiming to sustain a choreographic career.

During the residencies, artists are introduced to vital artistic tools, with sessions led by leading sector specialists to develop foundations and approaches to creating work.

The programme is a vital conduit between freelance Hip Hop choreographers and regional venues and organisations.
